Positions
A participant's entry, strategy commitment, rights, and optional economic exposure.
What a Position records
A Position connects one participant to one World and Season. Depending on the Season, it may record:
- owner or authorized controller;
- World and Season identifiers;
- entry time and eligibility evidence;
- strategy, configuration, or action commitment;
- local-token costs already paid, if any;
$SPAWNor other capital locked, if any;- finalized result and settlement claim, if any.
Not every Position carries financial exposure. A classroom simulation, research run, or free competition may use Positions only to track participation and results.
Before entry
The interface must show the applicable rules, fees, capital at risk, maximum claim, verification class, cancellation behavior, and settlement conditions before a participant commits.
Settlement safety
A Position cannot be settled twice. Settlement must use the Season's frozen formula and a FINALIZED result. Claims cannot exceed deposited or explicitly prefunded assets.
Ownership of a Position does not create rights to the Blueprint, World treasury, protocol revenue, or unrelated Seasons unless the published contracts explicitly say so.
