Takedown Requests

Report copyright, trademark, impersonation, privacy and other rights concerns on Spawn.

Report content under Spawn control

Send notices to spawnfarmCTO@proton.me with the subject Takedown request. Identify the exact Spawn URL and the content concerned. This email route is available now; no submitted notice is automatically accepted or guaranteed to succeed.

We can review pages, listings, previews and files hosted under our control. Depending on the concern, we may hide a listing, restrict an account or remove hosted content. We cannot erase blockchain records, undo signed transfers or ensure that independent websites and distributed storage remove their copies.

Provide your signature, identification of the protected work, exact location of the allegedly infringing material, and contact details sufficient for a reply. Include a statement that you believe the disputed use is unauthorized, and that the notice is accurate and you own the relevant rights or may act for the owner, under penalty of perjury. For multiple works, identify the relevant set clearly.

These requirements describe a copyright notice; the current project contact is not represented as a registered DMCA designated agent. Agent identity and registration details will be published if and when established. No safe-harbor status is claimed by this page.

Trademark, impersonation and privacy reports

For a trademark concern, identify the mark, your authority, relevant registration or other supporting evidence, and why the particular use causes confusion. For impersonation or privacy concerns, identify the person or organization affected, the specific content, your relationship to them, and the harm or unauthorized disclosure. These reports do not require a copyright perjury statement merely because they use this contact route.

Include only evidence needed for review. Do not publish identity documents in a public repository or send keys or passwords. If the issue concerns a security exploit, use Security.

Review and responses

We may ask for missing information, review the material, notify the submitting creator where appropriate, and communicate a decision. Information needed to investigate may be shared with that creator; tell us if particular details require confidential handling. We do not promise a fixed response time.

If your content is restricted and you believe the decision is mistaken, reply with the notice reference, explanation and supporting evidence. Where a statutory copyright counter-notice procedure applies, we will handle it according to the applicable requirements; a general appeal is not automatically a statutory counter-notice. Repeated or serious rights violations may lead to loss of access to Spawn-controlled publication surfaces.

Contact and company details

Spawn Labs, LLC is planned and formation is pending. A legal mailing address and any designated-agent information will be added after confirmation. Until then, the project contact receives operational rights reports. See Privacy Policy for handling of submitted information.
