Where to send a request
Authorities may contact spawnfarmCTO@proton.me with the subject Law enforcement request and a case reference. Use an official agency address and include a verifiable way to contact the agency independently. This is the current project contact, not a claimed legal counsel office or a 24-hour emergency service.
Formation of Spawn Labs, LLC is pending. Legal entity, service address and any designated legal contact will be published when confirmed. This contact page is not an agreement to accept formal service of process by email where another method is required.
Required information
Identify the requesting agency, officer or authorized representative, country, official contact information and case reference. Specify the Spawn URLs, token addresses, wallet addresses or other relevant identifiers, the records or action sought, and a narrowly defined date range. Attach the legal authority or process relied on and identify any applicable confidentiality requirement.
We verify authenticity, authority, scope and applicable requirements before disclosing nonpublic information. A request does not guarantee that the records exist or that the requested action is within our control. Foreign requests may require the appropriate cross-border process under applicable law.
Records and controls
Current project records may include submitted waitlist or interest details, correspondence and relevant operational records actually held under our control. Hosting and other providers may hold separate records subject to their own process. Public transaction and contract records are available from independent chain services.
Spawn does not request users' wallet private keys and cannot supply keys it does not hold. We cannot rewrite blockchain history. Any request to freeze, transfer, recover or alter assets must be assessed against actual deployed contracts and control; this page makes no blanket promise of such authority.
Preservation
A preservation request must identify existing records, relevant identifiers, date range, legal basis and requested period. We will assess it and preserve records to the extent applicable law and our actual possession or control require. We do not promise that unavailable historical records can be created, or adopt a fixed retention period without a valid basis.
Urgent risks and notification
Identify an imminent threat to life clearly in the subject and request, explain the factual urgency and legal basis, and supply an official callback. This channel is not guaranteed to be monitored continuously. Use the appropriate emergency authority for an immediate response.
User notice and any delay or prohibition on notice are assessed under the applicable law and legal process. Disclosures are limited to records lawfully required or otherwise legally permitted for the specific verified request. See Privacy Policy.
