Email spawnfarmCTO@proton.me with the subject Spawn support. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the approximate time and a description of what happened. A screenshot can help if it does not expose sensitive information.
For a blockchain question, include the network, public wallet or token address and transaction hash. Public addresses are sufficient; never send private keys, recovery phrases or passwords. Do not sign an unexpected transaction supposedly needed to obtain support.

Some product features remain in development. A support request does not establish that an illustrated World, token entitlement or payment feature is live. We cannot reverse confirmed blockchain transactions or recover a lost recovery phrase.
Other requests
Use Builders for model or integration work, Security for vulnerabilities, Takedown Requests for rights concerns, and Law Enforcement Requests for official legal process. These routes currently use the published project mailbox; there is no separate live ticket portal or guaranteed response time.
